This is a friendly, informal adult community with extenive social activities such as cards, bingio, movies, lunches, dinners, parties, dancing and pool activities.

The condo is fully equipped and has two bedrooms -- one furnished with a queen bed and has walk-in closet and full bath, the second bedroom has twin beds (which can be converted to a king-size bed) and has a walk-in closet and full bath. Other rooms consist of a kitchen, laundry area, living room, dining area and screened lanai which overlooks the lovely Quail Run Golf Course. Condo is within 20 feet of elevator.

The condo is 3 miles from I75 and is within walking distance of cafes, fine restaurants and major shopping, Its also within a few minutes drive of golf courses, Gulf swimming, beachcombing, snorkeling, shelling, boating, sailing, fishing, the famous Naples fishing pier, downtown Naples shops, Tin City marketplace and the Philharmonic Center of Arts.
