The unit will be clean prior to arrival and the tenant is responsible for maid service at departure ($75.00). Any damage to the furnishings or unit is the responsibility of the Lessee. Half of the rental sum is to be paid upon the signing of the Lease. The other half, and the security deposit ($500), is to be paid 30 days before arrival. Also due before arrival is payment of state (6%) and county (4%) taxes. Other tenant costs include: electricity over $50/month and all long distance phone calls. All payments to be made to Bruce Dziubla.
