As a matter of fact, the fish swim circles around this island house. The boat put-in is three canals away and the public beach is five blocks away. You can dock three 25-foot boats and there is abundant parking for your trailers. Clean your fish at the dock while watching the sun sink into the water, or better yet, watch the incredible sunsets from the screened-in balcony. Another option is the free kayaks to explore these spectacular waterways at sunset or sunrise.

Check in 3pm check-out promptly 10am I must receive Fed Ex check, or deposit direct to any Bank of America for half the total rental, to get your name written in INK, never to be erased; the check must be received in 4 days. The other half is due one month prior to arrival. This is the perfect family re-union home. I do not permit groups of college kids. I live across the canal, the fire chief lives next door and Rambo lurks in the neighborhood.
