Our beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo sleeps 8 and has the perfect floor plan for 2 families. The condo is located directly on gorgeous Blue Mountain Beach, just off 30A and is minutes from Grayton Beach, Seaside & Destin. It's a quiet complex with ONLY 48 units and a very private beach... no crowds! We have a Gulf front heated pool and hot tub, 4 story plant filled atrium and a fully equipped exercise room. The unit features over 1650 square feet plus 300+ square feet of balconies. It comes equipped with TV's in all bedrooms, beach chairs, fully equipped kitchen & more. The interior is professionally decorated and furnished with the guest in mind. The Master suite features its own private balcony, extra comfy king size bed and jacuzzi tub. The 2nd bedroom features a private bath, queen size bed, private entrance to main balcony. The 3rd bedroom features twin beds, and a full bath is located in the adjacent hallway. This is the perfect floor plan for 2 families, as the Living room is in the middle of the bedrooms, giving privacy to the master suite. You will find lots of activities nearby, bike trails throughout the area, world class golf, boating, fishing, and shopping. Silver Sands Mall isonly 7 miles from condo.
