The unit has been recently remodeled and updated with new (2006) tile, carpet and fresh paint. At Sandpiper Resort, you can enjoy sunning or swimming on 1,100 ft of sugar white beach with chair/umbrella rentals available, volleyball, restrooms and a covered food pavilion. You may drive to the beachside parking lot or take a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Phillip' Paradise II is a second floor balcony unit with queen bed and queen sofa bed.  There is a TV in the master bedroom and a TV/VCR/DVD player, stereo, cable TV in the living room.   A calling card is required for all long distance calls.   Washer and dryers are at the end of the building on the first level.
FREE Sandpiper amenities include 24 hr. security service, large covered picnic pavilion, 9 hole par 3 golf course, canal dock, boat ramp, 5 pools, 3 hot tubs, BBQ grills at pools & beachside, 3 lighted tennis courts and shuffle board.  Other amenities include a beach snack bar and popular on-site restaurant.
