The master bedroom balcony overlooks the emerald green water and white sand beach of the Gulf. The guest bedroom overlooks the bay/inlet. Enjoy the lovely view from your parlor and dining area. Relax in the recliner as you watch water skiers and fishing boats on the bay. There is porch furniture on both balconies.

Kitchen

Pinnacle Port is easily assessable to shopping centers, churches, restaurants, golf courses. The complex is guarded 24 hours. Live it up with walking trails, BBQ picnic area, childrens' playground, 2 heated pools (1 indoor), fishing, boating etc. Beach rentals on Jet-Skis, lounges and sailboats are available.

10% Tax and Cleaning Fee $65 will be charged to each reservation. A $200 refundable security/damage deposit, providing there is not loss or damage, required within seven (7) days after reservation is made. Deposit is NOT applied toward rent. Cancellations must be made 40 days before arrival date in order to get deposit refunded. Deposit will be returned 30 days of key being returned and cleaning lady reports no damage/missing items.
