This beautifully appointed unit features all new (2006) tile and carpeting, new designer furnishings, and all new appliances including a full sized washer and dryer. The living room opens to a full length, screened lanai with quality outdoor furnishings for dining and relaxation while enjoying the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. High speed internet access is now provided for your use while vacationing.

The fully equipped kitchen with a sit-down bar and dining area offer full gulf views. The master suite includes a pillow-top king sized bed, king dresser, TV with DVD, double vanity and separate shower. From the bedroom, French doors open onto a balcony overlooking the heated pool. The Master sujite can be closed to the rest of the unit for your privacy. The guest bedroom features two twin beds, TV, and an adjoing bath. Two rollaways are provided for additional guests. It is just a short distance down the stairs from this first floor unit onto the powdery, sandy beach, one of the island's finet, for swimming, sun bathing and enjoying great family time. Covered under-building parking is provided, keeping your car cool for venturing off the island.
