Elegant, yet comfortable, this unique three-bedroom, 2 ½ bath home is designed and furnished with comfort and luxury in mind. It features comfortable, overstuffed leather furniture, hardwood floors, walk-in closets and a two-car garage with extra storage and a large deck overlooking the beach and gulf. The living/dining area, with hardwood floors and cathedral-vaulted ceiling, has panoramic views of the gulf.

The gourmet kitchen includes a cooking island, top-of-the-line appliances: new side-by-side refrigerator with ice-and-water dispenser, new dishwasher, range, microwave,garbage disposal, food processor, electric mixers and other small appliances. Quality cookware, flatware and dishes make preparing a meal a culinary event. Glassware includes Margarita, martini, iced tea and cut glasses, wine chiller, candle holders, placemats, table cloths and linen napkins to set the mood for relaxing and dining.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed, large chest of drawers, computer table and phone outlet, color TV with remote control and two walk-in closets. The five-piece adjoining bath features a tub, oversize shower and double sinks. A spiral oak staircase leads to the loft bedroom with queen-size bed, cable TV, skylight and adjoining two-piece bath. A separate heating/cooling system provides extra comfort. The third bedroom on the main floor has two twin beds. Two rollaway beds are available as needed.

New rattan furniture in living/dining room includes a chaise lounge for quiet reading.

The large deck overlooking the beach and gulf is outfitted with Adirondack chairs, glass-top dining table and chairs, chaise lounges and sun umbrellas.
