Our quaint Island Shores 1 bedroom condo is a totally renovated, remodeled and redecorated one bedroom beachfront unit with a spacious balcony furnished with table, chairs and grill, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and watching the beach come to life or for cool drinks or dinner as you view our spectacular sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. This light and bright, fully furnished condo is located in Indian Rocks Beach in an intimate complex of only 5 other units.

It offers all the comforts of home with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped, offering counter seating and opens to the dining and living areas all with beach views. Tables and chairs are also available for your enjoyment on the beachfront patio, and from there you take just a few steps to the white sandy beach. You will find beach chairs in the condo for beachside sunbathing and relaxing. We know you will enjoy all the privacy and benefits this affordable beach condo has to offer.

Indian Rocks Beach is a beautiful and charming beach community located between the Clearwater and St Petersburg beaches. We have a variety of quaint little shops and great local restaurants--both upscale and mom and pop style. It is close to all activities and culture. For the activity minded, there is parasailing, miniature golf, golf, shopping, shelling, jet-skiing, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, boating, dinner and gambling cruises and much more within minutes. There are also terrific museums and theaters. Or, you can just take long peaceful walks on the beach with the white sand between your toes and sunbathing or reading a favorite book in a beach chair, and, of course, enjoying our spectacular sunsets.
