Dec. 16 thru Jan. 31 - $1260.00 per week.

Feb. 1 thru April 30 - $1600.00 per week.

May 1 thru August 31 - $1260.00 per week.

Rates are based on a 6 person stay.

Extra persons are $60 per week.

There is a $200 security deposit on all rentals!

We Prefer Saturday to Saturday Rentals Only! Shorter stays only if there is

an opening in our Calendar. All Rentals subject to 12% Tax + $110 Cleaning/

Linen Fee. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice!
