All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. Handicapped accessible by elevator. Our building is on the beach and our condo is a corner unit with a side balcony that has an unobstructed Northwest view the gulf. Photos of gulf were taken from balcony.

Security deposit of $500 at time of reservation to hold date, will be refunded within 14 days of return of condo keys and inspection. $100 application fee paid to the condo association.
