We put all of our wishes together to build this brand new, 3 bedroom Old Florida Style Gulf Dreamhouse! Under the fully screened lanai enjoy the upper deck overlooking the heated swimming pool and large lower deck. The pool features a tanning bed that invites you to sit and read amid bubbling fountains. Our large dock accommodates up to a 29 foot boat and it's a leisurely forty minutes via the Imperial River to the Gulf and excellent fishing everywhere. The deck and dock are the perfect places to unwind watching manatees and turtles swim by.

Choose to walk up the beautiful double stairway to the home's front porch and entrance or take our private elevator from the lower level directly into the Great Room. From there you will notice the three French doors in the front and back that take full advantage of the Gulf breezes. The house is designed for beauty and easy maintenance with ceramic tiles and a custom built cook's kitchen. While dining or enjoying a cool drink on the rear upper deck take in the breathtaking view of the canal and Imperial River.

The house is professionally decorated in the colors of sea and sand. You will find staying here the essence of comfort with an accent on relaxation and recreation. We have thought of every detail to help make your stay memorable, from cushioned window seats to stereo surround sound by the pool. Our home is easily accessible (20 minutes from the Ft. Myers Airport) and is within minutes of beaches, golf courses, tennis courts, museums, nature preserves, restaurants, places of worship and fantastic shopping. All in all, a perfect home in a perfect vacation spot.

Two Week Minimum, except high season when monthly rentals only are accepted, 25% due at confirmation, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Florida 11% Lodging Tax applies to rent. Rental week runs from Saturday to Saturday. Security Deposit of $500.00. Up to one small well mannered dog with our express permission is welcome. Cleaning Fee of $150.00. Local telephone included. Any use of pool and boat dock at your own risk.
