Marco Walk Retreat
This newer luxury home with ceramic floor tiling in all the main living areas and extra high vaulted ceilings, is finished to the highest standards and very well equipped. Built in typical open Floridian style with a split floor plan, it has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a great room with living, formal dining, breakfast and kitchen areas as well as a separate den with it's own television. The pool area is south-facing.  Televisions are also found in all bedrooms as well as in the living area.

There are five bicyles for use by guests - (2 adults, 1 x 22" plus two child's 20") and for those with young children a crib (baby cot) and high chair are also provided. The private mesh screened pool area which faces south for all day sun, has a 28' x 14' heated pool, hot and cold shower, gas grill and ample sitting space and furniture.
Marco Island pool home Situated on a quiet road on the south west side of the Island close to the Marco Walk, the home is a five minute walk to several restaurants, the cinema, shops, and is within walking distance of the beach. 
Idyllic Marco Island on the Gulf Coast has unspoilt, uncrowded beaches offering a wide variety of water sports. With Naples, the Everglades and many golf courses within a 20 minute drive, the Island is the perfect place to enjoy a family vacation in the sun.

1 week - $1,000 : 2 weeks - $1,900

3 weeks - $2,700 : 4 weeks - $3,400

Rates are plus applicable taxes (currently 10%). Refundable Security deposit - $500.................. Rates include cleaning on departure and pool heating in winter months PAYMENT CAN BE IN Sterling - (PLEASE INQUIRE. Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday Rates are subject to change until confirmed.
