Welcome to our 4 bedroom, 3 bath Venetian model home located at the head of the lake with a western rear exposure. The home has an oversize private pool with a Jacuzzi and an extended pool deck and high quality fittings and furnishings throughout. Located in Naples, Briarwood is a residential gated community. Shops, restaurants and golf course are all close by. A golf driving range is within walking distance. Tin City, Old Naples and miles of white sandy beaches are just a 10 minute drive away. The property is also conveniently situated to explore the Everglades and make day trips to Key West, Sanibel Island, Marco Island and Miami.

The rear exposure of our home is west overlooking an expansive lake with lots of wildlife to watch. The house is equipped to a very high standard to make for a relaxing vacation. The pool has both solar and electric heating. Within the community there are tennis courts, a volleyball court, clubhouse and a communal heated swimming pool.
