Welcome! Our 2 bedroom golf condo is located in the Cedar Hammock Golf & Country Club community. Enjoy sunshine, golf, white sandy beaches, shopping, fine dining and everything else the Naples area has to offer. Our condo has gracious living space for up to 6 people. Monthly rentals include unlimited golf for 2 with the membership transfer option (costs listed below). Cedar Hammock is only 30 minutes south from Fort Myers' Southwest Florida airport on I-75.

Our unit is fully furnished, located between fairways #2 & #4 with a lake separating fairway #2 and our condo unit (rear view). Hole #4 is a par 3 with the pin located on an island which is directly across from our front lanai. Our unit includes a one stall/detached garage for your convience & storage of items. We also have a gas cooking grill stored in the garage for outside cooking if desired. The community features a 24 hour attended gatehouse for maximum security, 4 swimming pools, aqua driving range, 4 tennis courts, fitness room and clubhouse with resturant.

Enjoy this "KING SIZE BED" in the master bedroom along with a 19" color TV & remote. The guest room hosts 2 twin beds & color TV and the den area has a queen size sofa sleeper and a 27" color TV w/remote and stereo system. The Naples public beach is only a 15 minute drive away and Olde Naples (famous for fantastic shopping & excellent dining) is just around the corner ~ 6 short miles from Cedar Hammock. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets from our front & rear screened-in lanais. For those who enjoy fishing, our resident lakes provide excellent "catch & release" fishing excitement.

May - Nov rentals @ $3,125.00 inclusive ~ Same as above! (2 wks min rental)

**Unlimited golfing for $250.00 membership transfer fee ~ reduced green

fees durning the months of November thru April.

10% for Florida tax. $750 security deposit. $100 cleaning/inventory charge. $250 transfer fee for GOLF membership (monthly or 2 week rentals) if desired. This allows full use of all amenities, including all swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness center and the full range of clubhouse activities. Your booking will be handled directly by us. We have a condo caretaker living in Cedar Hammock for emergency situations. **Check in time is 2pm or later the day of your arrival. **Check out time is by 11am the day of your departure.
