| Master Bedroom Suite
#1 – Encompassing the entire top level – with expansive unsurpassed
views of the turquoise Gulf stream waters. From your queen bed you
will awake with one of the most impressive views on the island of the
aqua blue Gulf of Mexico waters, and Cayo Costa Island. The Sunset
is magnificent and breath-taking from the wrap-around decks. As
with all the bedding, only the best Ralph Lauren sheets, pillows and
comforters. Satellite TV, DVD, & stereo with a cozy comfortable couch
which folds out to an additional full size bed. Two sets of sliding
glass doors flank a wall of windows for a full aquamarine panoramic
view. Both sliders open to an expansive open deck with a 2 person fully
jetted Jacuzzi. Additionally the deck is outfitted with umbrella table
with chairs, and relaxing reclining lounge chairs. Master bath has giant
walk- in shower, dual sinks, and private bathroom with ceiling mounted
speakers throughout the master suite and master bath area for your
listening pleasure. Master Bedroom Suite #2 – Another queen master bedroom, this one on the first floor with stunning views, sliders open to screened porch, with quick beach access and the seclusion of a lush private garden setting. Bedroom Three –
Twin beds swathed in Ralph Lauren bedding as all other bedrooms. Hall
bath with tub and shower. (This room will be equipped with Satellite TV
and DVD shortly). Features: Custom lighting throughout home, custom flooring, suitcase racks, lounge chairs on all levels of home, including top deck, screen deck, beach side Hammock under the palms, private sandy tree canopied path to beach, screen enclosed deck with kitchen pass thru, top floor Jacuzzi with spectacular views and a picnic table for meals "under the Palms". All guests of the Palm Court will enjoy the full amenities of the North Captiva Island Club. This includes: use of the resort swimming pools and tennis courts; complimentary kayaks, bikes and beach chairs, kids playground and half basketball court, fitness club and business center with Internet access, access to the Boat House, Mango's and pool bar restaurants.
