The unit is maintained just like a family home because it is used often on a personal basis by the owners and their guests. It is a luxury condo, casually appointed for relaxed beach living.  There is no other beach in the country like Sanibel Island's... its world-class shelling and constant flow of beautiful tropical birds (just outside our porch door), make it a special place to always remember.
