 It's just 260 feet from this 2 bedroom condo to the beach.  The tropical interior is new from top to bottom for 2007 and the unit is equipped with everything from wireless Internet access to beach toys.   It's a first floor unit so you walk right out from your screened porch.  This is a family friendly complex where your kids will beg you to return next vacation.   The master suite has a king size bed, Gulf view, sliders to lanai, private bath w/walk in shower with corner seat, and separate dressing room.  The second bedroom has twin beds, full bath and sliders to private patio.   The Living room has a 40 inch flat screen TV and built in surround sound, two DVD players and one VCR, 25 inch TVs in each bedroom, two Stereo CD players (one w/ surround sound).

Our luxury equipped, center island kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, off-white Corelle dishes, plentiful glasses, wine glasses, cloth napkins, roasting pans, cookie sheets, etc.  The dining table seats six. Crib and high chair rentals are reasonable and can be set up prior to your arrival.

Rate + tax is total charge. There are no fees. Professionally cleaned and made up for each arrval. Linens and beach towels are included. A $200 security deposit per week is required.
