A$400 Deposit which is applied to your rental stay is required within 7 days of placing reservation to hold your date. Total rental balance is due in full 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations prior to 30 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to no refund of the deposit unless the space is resold. In the event the renter fails to cancel their reservation and does not show, a maximum of 3 nights rental will be charged in addition to the loss of the $400 security deposit. All rates are subject to applicable Fl state and county taxes. A$500 damage deposit is due at check-in and will be cancelled within 14 days of departure provided no damage or theft occurs. Three night minimum. You must be 25 yrs or older to rent this condo. NO Pets Allowed. Check in 3:00 p.m. - Check Out 10:00 a.m.
