The two double sliding glass doors leading to the private balcony provide a stunning view of the sugar white beach and the emerald green water unobstructed by surrounding buildings. The 27 unit complex offers a swimming pool complete with lounge chairs, bathrooms, and outdoor showers. The complex is far enough from the main drag to be a truly peaceful experience but is just minutes away from some of the Emerald Coast's most popular restaurants, exciting nightlife, and family attractions.

The bedroom has a beautiful queen size bed, a dresser, two night stands, mirror, television, vcr/dvd, and half bath. The living room is decorated with a queen size sofa sleeper and a full size futon providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for four additional people. It also contains a television with vcr/dvd. No need to waste your precious time and money running out for fast food breakfasts and lunches. The kitchen is fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and affordable. The unique counter doubles as a dining table giving you a perfect ocean view while you dine.
