This stunning three bedroom townhouse which sits two blocks and a 5 minute walk from the beautiful white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island. This is a real dream home. The sofas are brown leather and look fabulous with the wooden floors. The deck is south facing (wonderful sunsets!) and looks over the beautiful manatee river with the added bonus of a private boat dock. The complex has its own fishing pier. All 3 bedrooms have balconies with spectacular views. We have recently incorported a snug room downstairs which is ideal when the family comes to visit. It is comprised of a lounge area with TV/VCR/DVD and Queen sofa bed.

The front of the house overlooks the swimming pool to the right and the tennis court to the left. The Publix is a short walk away and sits just behind the beautiful white sandy beaches of Anna Maria. The free trolley bus service which is 2 minutes away, cruises the island and takes you to all the fantastic restaurants, offering the best fresh fish and the most succulent steaks that Florida has to offer.
