Madeira Beach is a small, quiet, relaxing sort of town, ideal for those who are looking to just slow down and chill out. It is ideally situated between Clearwater Beach with its razzmatazz and hectic days & nights and the similar, but smaller resort of St Pete's Beach. Madeira Beach Yacht Club is a private, gated, immaculately kept facility that is set amidst tropical gardens. This is a beautifully furnished condominium with 2 bedrooms, furnished dining room and private balcony accessible from living room.

The unit has two TV's, regular cable in the bedroom on a 26" screen and premium digital multimedia service with 14 HBO channels and 12 Cinemax channels in the living room on a 36" screen. Included are also a VCR with movies, ceiling fans, drapes, inside utility, sauna, walk-in

closed, new A/C unit, towels and linens. It can sleep up to 6 people. The spacious dining room and living room area offer a comfortable way to relax during your vacation. Included are also in-unit washer and dryer. This unit has been redecorated recently. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has a day bed and a closet. The kitchen is fully equipped with : microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker , dishwasher, disposal, range, refrigerator, dishes, flatware...too much to list.

Madeira Beach Yacht Club has two swimming pools, clubhouse with pool table, lockers, exercise equipment, in addition to the amenities listed. The complex laps the Boca Ciega Intracoastal waterway and is just a few minutes from the Gulf of Mexico with its miles of sugar white soft sandy beaches where dolphins can be seen at play most days & evenings, and oh what spectacular sunsets! The club boasts a club house with a small, well equipped gym, Jacuzzi, sauna, showers and games room. Outdoors, you will find sun loungers, brollies, tables and benches as well as fishing piers. (Fresh water & daily newspapers can be purchased here).

The local flood-lit city park is just across from the yacht club. Regular local softball games are played and can be watched. Various rest areas/ play grounds, ball games/ free tennis courts etc. Many local shops, bars and restaurants are within minutes walk. If you don't feel like cooking and don't feel like going out to dine, try Winn-Dixie supermarket just across the way. They offer an excellent range of ready cooked meals. They will make up a full dinner party for you, full picnic, just ask. The staff are great and so friendly. Try breakfast or lunch on the beach at the war veterans restaurant or take your own and eat under the covered picnic area. The only McDonald's restaurant in the world to have its own docking area is facing the yacht club just across the Intracoastal. There is a wealth of activity all within a short drive. Whether its golfing, fishing, shopping, canoeing, museums, football, Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, horse back riding, bike hire, the list is endless- just check out tourist information across the way on Tom Stuart Causeway, minutes from the yacht club. Large/ International airports : Tampa / Orlando International/ Sanford ( many more small local airports).
