This Bonita Beach condo is located on the fifth floor with a perfect view of the beautiful Gulf sunsets and is a great opportunity for dolphin watching. It has 2 bedrooms and room that is a Study/Bedroom combo, 2 baths, kitchen, living room, and dining room with a lanai off the living room that overlooks the beautiful grounds and beachfront with a rear balcony off the bedrooms that has views of the bay. This non-smoking condo is immaculate throughout and has been remodeled during the past two years. The beaches are wonderful white sand beaches with great swimming and lots of shell collecting opportunities.

Each bedroom has its own personality with individual touches. The Master has a King bed, ceiling fan, cable TV, with plenty of closet and drawer space for a lengthy stay. The Master also has a full bath with combo tub and shower. The second bedroom has a set of twin beds with more than ample storage space. The third room is set up as a study/bedroom combo with a full-size "Murphy Bed." There is lots of closet/storage space and ceiling fan. There is a desk with hutch in the room and cable modem with high speed Internet access. Renter must bring their own computer. The second bath has an oversized shower with bench seat, water closet, and sink.

The living room is nicely decorated with two sofas and two recliners. A cable TV is provided with DVD and VCR. A sliding glass door opens to the front lanai. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a ceiling fan. The dining room is very comfortable to serve six people or meals can be eaten on the lanai to enjoy the view of the beach and beautiful sunsets. Area amenities include: fishing (out your back door!), hiking and biking trail, boating, boat and bike rentals, several restaurants within walking distance and many more nearby, golf courses galore, great shopping in adjacent town of Naples and surrounding area, close to Fort Myers and Naples Airports.

This is a great location for day trips to The Keys, Fort Lauderdale and Miami, St. Petersburg, Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, Sarasota, Longboat Key, and Marco Island. Or you can just take a stroll on the beach and enjoy the views of Naples, Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island or relax in the comfortable condo, by the pool or on the beach for a wonderful get-away!
