This beautiful condo was renovated in 2006 so the owner could live in it -- leather furniture, hand-painted furniture, water-jet tub in the master, huge walk-in shower in the guest bath, Silestone counters, oak cabinets, Mexican tile floor, crown molding and ceiling fans in all rooms. TV/VCR/DVD in all rooms. And, a Washer and Dryer is installed in the unit! Just steps to the beach and pool. Located within the gates of South Seas Island Resort, within walking distance to the village of Captiva -- the Mucky Duck is just a 5 minute walk down the beach! Because this is a private rental, the resort amenities are not available, but you do have the building's lovely pool and the beautiful beach and Gulf of Mexico just steps from the condo.

Golf, shopping, great restaurants are within walking distance and on both islands. The South Seas Island Resort amenities are not available to private owners' renters. The rates do include the beautiful beach and the building's pool and tennis courts. The village of Captiva offers wonderful shops and restaurants, along with Captiva Cruises for sunset cruises and day trips to surrounding islands. Also available are golf cart and bicycle rentals, fishing guides and charters, fishing boat rentals. Ding Darling Wildlife refuge is on Sanibel which also has the Shell Museum and Historic Village.
