The home is in one of Captiva's best locations, a 1 minute (150 ft) walk to the beach and a 3 minute walk to the village, where you will find casual and fine dining, as well as shops and art galleries. Water sports are all within a 3 minute walk, where you will find fishing charters & and pole rentals, kayak rentals & jet ski rentals and para sailing. Golf cart and bike rentals are also steps away. A world famous nature preserve is a 10 min drive onto Sanibel Island. Golf is a 20 minute drive to Sanibel, offering two semi private championship courses.
