This is a roomy, 3 bedroom home on a deep water canal with boat dock... completely updated and modernized ...like new! We consider this our "home away from home", not just a rental property, and it is furnished and equipped for comfortable living. Part of the prestigious Englewood Isles neighborhood, it is close to many Gulf coast attractions. Good dining and shopping as well as leisure activities such as golf and tennis are nearby. The property is less than five miles from the white sands of secluded Manasota Beach, very close to Englewood Beach and Blind Pass Beach, and also close to Stump Pass Beach (Florida State Park).

The air conditioned Florida room, with its large windows offers a pretty view up and down Windsor canal. Windsor is a deep water canal (some call this 'sailboat water') and there is direct boat access to the ocean without having to pass any bridges or other obstructions. Even if you do not boat, you will likely enjoy watching the boats going out and coming in, as well as the occasional fishermen on the canal, the fish jumping and the herons marching across the lawn.

This home has a large master bedroom with sitting area on one side of the house and two guest bedrooms on the other, separated by the central living room (see photo) which opens into the sunny and bright Florida room. The living room has an open floor plan which includes a separate dining room. Guests will appreciate the large-screen cable TV with VCR and DVD. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is ready for the serious cook and the breakfast nook with its great view of the water is perfect for peaceful early-morning moments.

RATES & INFO

January through April: $3,000/month

May through October: $1,800/month

November and December: $2,400/month

One (1) month minimum rental required.

10% discount for rentals of 4 months or longer.

Plus 10% for Florida taxes. Cleaning fee is $125.00. Deposit is $1,000. Full payment of rental fees and deposits in advance is required. We pay all utilities except for: (1) long distance telephone charges, and (2) electric utilities exceeding $125.00/month. We will consider pets on an individual basis (no cats); this may require special additional cleaning fees.
