Spend your Gulf coast retreat in this newly built (2003) 3 bedroom, 2453 sq. ft. home situated in a prime position overlooking the 6th hole of the golf course. The view of the golf course is stunning, there's also a lake within view (rear of house). The screened lanai is furnished with patio furniture and is accessible from the kitchen and master bedroom. The Community Centre has a junior olympic sized pool, gymnasium, tennis courts, volleyball courts, soccer field and children's playground. There is a driving range and practice area on site. The clubhouse restaurant provides reasonably priced meals and Sunday brunch.

Our property is a two storey 3 bedroom pool home, which is situated in a friendly golf and country club community. It has a large master suite overlooking the pool. The master bathroom consists of double washbasins, toilet, large tub, double shower and large walk in wardrobe. Upstairs are two further bedrooms - 1 with a Queen sized bed, the other with two single beds. Both have walk in wardrobes

There is also a large den upstairs with a Queen sized sofa bed and TV. The house is beautifully furnished. The situation is ideal for quick commuting to Naples, Bonita Beach and many restaurants and shops. All of these are between 3 and 20 minutes drive away. If you wish to just stay on site there are many facilities to keep you occupied or you can just "chill out" beside the pool and in the jacuzzi.
