The master suite has a lanai entrance, a king-size bed, private bath and television. The second suite has twin beds and a private bath.This unit has new (2005) appliances and mattresses and an in-suite washer and dryer.
Also within walking distance are a CVS and a health clinic. A grocery store is within 2 miles. Ride the trolley North or South for $.25. Our condos desirable location offers easy access to Lover's Key, Bonita Springs and Naples.

Rates are PER WEEK and based on 2 week occupancy.

Prices for 1 week, if available, may be slightly higher.

Discounts given for 4 week rentals.

Cleaning fee is an additional $80.00.

Condo rules prohibit renting to persons under 25 years of age.

Dates will be reserved with a $300 deposit. Full refund of deposit with written or email cancellation 90 or more days ahead. Payment must be made 60 days in advance and deposit received to reserve time. Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 10:00AM.
