| The home has been beautifully decorated and has all new (2004) comfortable furniture throughout. The upper floor has a large master suite with a king-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony provides beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, Sanibel Island and spectacular sunsets. There is a large sitting area with a TV and DVD player. The master bathroom has a large shower and a sunken bathtub. There is a queen size inflatable mattress in the closet in case the kids want to sleep close to mom and dad. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a TV/VCR combo. | The cabana room is the forth sleeping area with private bathroom and has a full size sleeper sofa and TV. The family room has a queen size sofa sleeper. The kitchen is very modern with new appliances including spices and all the gadgets you'll need whenever you are cooking in. We also have a gas grill on the pool deck for outdoor cooking. If you prefer to dine out, there are many excellent restaurants nearby. The family room has new, very comfortable furniture, a 32-inch TV, cable TV, a DVD, CD, VCR, and a surround-sound home theater system. The entertainment unit includes games such as checkers, Backgammon, chess, Monopoly, and playing cards. There is a nice selection of books. a computer is included for Internet access. |
