| Take a leisurely morning walk with coffee in hand along the trails to the Gazebo at the Back Bays and watch the dolphins and birds at play. The home has just been renovated (2004) with all new furniture and carpeting throughout. The upper floor has a large master suite with a king-size bed, large closets, and a TV and DVD player. The master bathroom has a large double shower and his-and-her sinks. There are two smaller bedrooms on the main floor, one with a queen-size bed, the other with twin beds and each room has a small loft with a twin bed for the kids. On the lower level there is a second master bedroom with a queen size bed and direct access to the pool area. | The large kids area has a bunk bed with trundle (three twin beds) along with a TV and DVD player, a great place for the kids to hang out and play. These two sleeping areas share a bathroom and shower. The lower level family room has a day bed (two twin beds) and a queen size air mattress for extra sleeping accommodations. The kitchen has modern appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, silverware and dinnerware, spices, and all the gadgets you will need whenever you are cooking in. We also have a gas grill for outdoor cooking. If you prefer to dine out, there are many restaurants nearby. |

| There is a large formal dining room with tables and chairs. The family room has very comfortable furniture, a 32-inch TV, cable TV, a DVD, CD, VCR, and a surround-sound home theater amplifier. The entertainment unit includes games such as checkers, Backgammon, chess, Monopoly, and playing cards. And there is a nice selection of DVD and VCR movies and books to read. There is a large balcony with dining tables off the dining and family room areas. This is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee and enjoy the view of the large trees in the nature preserve. The balcony has a stairway leading down to your private, full-size, heated swimming pool. There is an assortment of pool floats and toys for your use and enjoyment. The backyard is surrounded by large trees and abuts the nature preserve. The yard has a wooden fence for your privacy. The lower level of the house has a large family room - game room area with a large TV and DVD player which leads directly to the pool area. Additional amenities include use of the two-car garage, FREE local phone calls. Long distance calls require your calling card. There are ceiling fans throughout the house, in all the bedrooms and on the pool balcony. We also have a port-a-crib and high chair for your small children. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas and bicycles are available for you to use. We also have wagons for you to use to take your things to the beach. | Fort Myers Beach offers miles of pristine sandy beaches, wonderful shelling, and a wide variety of water sports including jet skiing, parasailing, swimming, fishing, and boating. Jet ski and boat rentals are available. The Bay Oaks Recreational Facility is one- half block away and has tennis courts, basketball, and a large community pool with water slides and lifeguards for the kids. All of these activities are within walking distance of our house. And there is world-class golfing nearby. A new Publix supermarket, a drugstore, dine-in movie theater, and shopping are minutes away walking, by car or island trolley.
