Our charming 2 bedroom cottage is on the North end of Ft Myers Beach and is in great condition with 1000 sq ft of living area plus a 200 sq ft utility room with washer & dryer, shower, sink, toilet & storage.  There is covered parking on a concrete slab.  The home is just 300 feet from the Gulf with a limited Gulf view from the deck. We are 1000 feet from Time Square shops & restaurants. For 'kicking back', the living area has 2 lazy boys and there are 2 tables; one in the dining area and one in the kitchen.
