Our newly constructed (2003), 3 bedroom condo has a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico and Delnor-Wiggins State Park and Beach which is rated one of the top ten beaches in the United States. The community is an upscale gated tennis resort with many amenities including a fitness center, heated swimming pool and spa, restaurant, bar, tennis pro-shop and club house. It's just a short walk to Vanderbilt Beach. The condo has 9-foot ceilings, a large master bedroom and plantation shutters.

$1000.00 deposit required(refundable). $125.00 exit cleaning fee. 9% sales tax on leases less than 6 months. Check in 3:00pm and check out at 11:00am EST. A deposit of 50% required at booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancel policy- cancel 30 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty of 100%.
