This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has a private heated pool and jacuzzi on the lanai... and is only ten minutes from the beach. This home has remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, tile throughout, vaulted ceilings with skylights, eat-in kitchen, formal dining area, with sliding glass doors from the master bedroom and second bedroom opening onto the pool. The master shower is a very large walk-in with skylight. The house sleeps six and is suitable for couples or families. Enjoy the free tennis court and the walking/jogging/cycling track around the lake, and the walking path through the woods.
The Second bedroom has a king size bed that can be converted to twins.

The kitchen has all new (2004) appliances and the house is nicely equipped with all you will need for your vacation. The pool is a large irregular shape, maximum 32ft by 12ft, with poolside garden and water feature. The covered lanai has lighting, fan and outdoor dining area for six. Enjoy the sunshine on the sun loungers by the pool, which is largely secluded. Kings Lake is a delightful, mature community, with fully grown trees and is ideally situated on Davis Boulevard which leads to US41 and Fifth Ave South in Old Naples just 3 miles away, and 4 miles to the beach.

Naples beach is pure white sand, uncommercialised apart from the pier, surrounded with palm trees and is a public beach on which you can walk for miles. The heart of Naples is well-known for its upscale shopping and dining and Tuscany style architecture. Go shopping in the shops and boutiques in Venetian Village or Waterside, or find bargains in the Outlet Mall. Experience the Philharmonic Orchestra, or take a boat trip through the Bay and out to the Gulf. There is a good shopping center at Kings Lake, and it is close to a public golf course. (approx. 1.5 miles). Davis Blvd has good access to the I75 exit 101 just three miles away, Ft Myers airport is 38 miles, and Miami airport 105 miles.
