Eat al fresco or sunbathe on sun loungers beside the south east facing pool and lanai, which is not overlooked and has a landscaped area to the rear. Enjoy the quiet cul de sac location in the Briarwood development, which has a community pool, play area, small clubhouse and is gated at night. The beach at Naples is a public beach which runs for several miles of sugar white sand. Go fishing or get refreshments on Naples Pier, or visit the exotic animals in the Caribbean Gardens. There is a golf driving range adjacent to Briarwood and there are over 60 public golf courses in Naples.

Nearby are Cedar Hammock, Ironwood, Glades, and Naples Heritage golf courses. Naples is an upscale community with beautiful Tuscan flavor architecture and quality dining and shopping. Fifth Ave South and Third Street South have many restaurants, galleries and boutiques. Naples has a community theater and dinner theater, and a philharmonic orchestra. Take one of the boat trips through the Bay and out into the Gulf. Ft. Myers is approximately 38 miles away and is a straightforward drive down I-75. Take exit 101 to Naples. Miami airport is 105 miles away.
