Our 2 bedroom + den condo is an old world style delight with a unique and beautiful atmosphere. This 2392 sq ft split level unit has bright southern exposure and is lit with numerous skylights. Feed Fish, turtles and birds right from the deck. It's a  Mediterranean style all-age boating community surrounded by water, with boat docks on an inlet leading direct to the gulf. We're close to Tin City, 5th Avenue and everything exciting!  Walking and bike trails are found both inside and outside the complex. For nature lovers there are even Bald eagle nesting areas.

The complex has a clubhouse with heated pool and jacuzzi and you will enjoy the special and helpful neighbors. This is a perfect place to relax, just a short distance from various attractions or stroll to Naples Pier to watch the sunset... it's a tradition. You may not even want to go to the beach while you are here and will count the days until you return each time.

Smoking is permitted on lanai and sundeck only. Tenant is responsible for monthly utilities over the first $75.00, digital on-demand movies, departure cleaning fees (approx. $85.00-$125.00), a $100.00 Association/Property Management Fee, Florida Rental taxes and a $1000. refundable security deposit. A Cleaning service is available for in-between cleanings. Boat slips are reserved for owners only, however, Naples Dockominiums are within walking distance. Kayak racks may be available for fee. 3 monthly rentals/per year only. One rental is at least one month to six months. Not Available some months. Responsible adults and children only.
