Blending in with the unspoiled beauty of the surroundings, your island home offers the privacy and solitude found only on a barrier island. North Captiva Island, Florida, is located in the Gulf of Mexico off of Ft. Myers just north of Sanibel and Captiva Islands. It is approximately four miles long and one-half mile wide. The island is a short 20- to 25-minute boat ride from the mainland.

Water taxi and parking are available. There are no cars on the island. Residents get around by golf cart, bicycle - or a leisurely walk. The home itself is tastefully decorated, comfortable and fully equipped.
