This newly furnished (2004) "Tommy Bahama" decorated home is on Cudjoe Key in the Lower Florida Keys. With ceiling fans in every room, large porcelain tiles through out, Cuban artwork, vintage suitcases as end tables, this 2 bedroom house captures the essence of relaxed Island living. This home is on a canal with boat dockage and immediate access to open water. We are located in a private, natural setting, yet only minutes from great shopping, wonderful restaurants and world class beaches. The town of Key West is only 25 minutes away.

Along with the house comes a very useful booklet which includes everything you need to know about the house and area including directions, restaurant recommendations, things to do, and appliance instructions.
Have your morning coffee lounging in a fluffy white guest robe on our deck bar, looking out onto the water…or catch a few rays reading on a lounge chair on our newly created beach. Enjoy the birds on a peaceful ride in open backcountry water in one of our kayaks. Or grab a snorkeling mask, and watch the angel and parrot fish swimming along the canal walls. It's all here waiting for you!

There is a $125 cleaning fee and 11.5% sales tax is collected. $500 required for reservation. It is refundable, less 20% cancellation fee, if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival. If cancelled less than 60 days, refund will be given for period re-rented, less 50% cancellation fee. A $900 refundable security deposit, which is separate from the rental fee, is required. There is a non-refundable cost of $150 per pet. Balance of rent, tax, cleaning and damage deposit due 30 days prior to arrival. The security deposit will be mailed back once monthly statements have been received, so that Utilities (Electric, Water, Phone charges) have been deducted (note: these costs depend on usage, but usually run about $50-$100 per month).
