Cape Reflections is a beautiful, unique custom built 4 bedroom Cape San Blas executive home with awesome western facing views of the Gulf, a private pool, spacious screened porch and unique and beautiful finishing. The pool area is large with bar and bar stools, loungers, lots of shade and sun plus direct ground level access to a full bathroom, outside private shower and screened porch. The screened porch has lots of beach and pool toys and a dining table. The home is in a very private, low density beach area.

Cape San Blas was rated number 1 beach in the US by Dr Beach. K-9 Magazine rated Cape San Blas as #1 pet friendly beach in 2006. Cape San Blas is located on a beautiful peninsula about 10 miles long, with 5 miles of State Park at the tip with the Gulf and gorgeous beaches on one side and pristine St Joseph Bay less than a mile away at the widest point. See sunrises over the bay and sunsets over the Gulf. This house is beautiful with exotic wood finishes throughout, Italian porcelain tile, pantry cupboard, and stainless steel appliances. It has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and sits on one of the prettiest and most private sections of the Cape San Blas dunes with minimal development for 1 mile north. Our home features lots of privacy, direct walkway access to the beach and Gulf and can accomodate up to 10 people. There is room to park your boat and the entrance to the state park is less than 2 miles away with access to the boat ramp. The bike path is right near the house for bike access right to the state park.
