You’ll be only steps away from the pool area and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There is no worry about children crossing traffic as the condo is directly on the beach and you do not have to cross roads to get to the pool and beach. You will also have your own private covered parking place that goes with this condo. This is really an added attraction.

Amusements, golf, area attractions and restaurants are all within walking distance. The track is across the street and the water park is also within walking distance. Sterling Sands is an eight-story condominium complex built in 1995. It is an excellent vacation home for couples as well as families with children.
