Carly's Castle has been a joy for my husband and I to remodel and we hope that we fit your every need. We hope you enjoy our 1,150 square feet, 2 bedroom 2 bath newly furnished (2004) 4th floor ocean view condominium. The floor-to-ceiling windows in every room lead to a 28 foot balcony which provides fantastic views of the sugar white sand and the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico . We have patio seating for 6 plus 2 lounge chairs to enjoy the views and for sunning.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, beautiful furnishings, TV/VCR, large lighted walk-in closet, and a spacious master bath with a large glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom with its own private entrance and bath has two double-size beds with beautiful furnishings, TV/VCR, closet, and bath with tub and shower. The living room includes an entertainment center with TV/VCR, stereo system with CD player, games and a queen size sofa bed.

The dining room has seating for six. The kitchen includes a pub table for 2 to enjoy the views while sipping your morning brew. It also features a breakfast bar for the little ones cereal. There is a toy closet (floats, buckets and sand toys) that you are welcome to use. We only ask if items become broken or lost please replace for our future guests to enjoy. If you are unable to replace the items please let us know.

A $250 cash deposit is required to hold a reservation. Rent can be paid by credit card or check. A 11% tax is added to the rental rates. Rent monies are to be received 45 days prior arrival.
