A $300 deposit is due upon receipt of signed rental agreement. Rental amount is due 7 days prior to check in plus 11% tax on total rental amount plus an $80 cleaning fee. Cancellations If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to your reservation date so we may refund your full deposit If your cancellation is received within 45 days of your reservation date then your full deposit will be refunded if our Town home is re-rented for your reservation date. Check in is after 3:00 p.m.(Central time) and check out is 10:00 a.m.
