Reserve your stay at the newly built (2005) "La Casa Costiera" condo community with only 12 total units. We are located on Gulf Drive in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island and offer you this exclusive luxury Florida vacation condo rental by the week or month. Anna Maria Island is accessible by bridge from Bradenton or Sarasota.
This condo has 2000 square feet of luxury living space! Some features... stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, spacious rooms, stereo receiver with speakers throughout all the rooms, huge plasma HDTV with 99 channels of cable plus DVD, new PC with DSL access to the internet, free local and long distance US phone calls, covered parking and much more.

The Master bath has dual showers plus a jacuzzi tub. The Master bedroom as well as the living area both have sliding glass doors to the veranda with breath-taking views of the Gulf of Mexico, right at your feet. Everything you need is right there at Anna Maria "Lifestyles". All you have to do is make your reservation! In the living room area is a wine bar with it's own refrigerator and an ice-maker. There is a huge plasma TV over the fireplace. We also have a heated pool and jacuzzi in the courtyard along with a large BBQ grill for your use. Enjoy private surroundings and practically have the beach to yourself. Watch the sun set from the veranda... it's so beautiful here!

Although there is no smoking in the condo if smokers will step onto the veranda to smoke, we will accept a booking. For pet owners, we address this on a case by case basis. Please contact the owner for restrictions.

Security Deposit In order to secure your reservation, a security deposit of $1000 USD is required. You can discuss the options available to you with our Property Management company when you make your reservation. Please ask about our Security Deposit Waiver program when you call. Your security deposit will be refunded if there is no damage to the rental unit after satisfactory inspection upon your departure. On the other hand, you are responsible for paying in full the cost of any damage or excessive cleaning charges. You will be notified in writing prior to any repair charges or excess cleaning fees being deducted from your security deposit or charged to your credit card.
