Completely renovated for 2005, Las Palmas is a 3 bedroom villa located on the northern half of Anna Maria Island in the quiet residential area of Holmes Beach. No streets to cross; just take a short stroll past 2 houses to reach the pristine white sands on the Gulf of Mexico. This charming vacation paradise has beautiful hardwood floors, is ultra-clean and nicely decorated with a tropical theme. It is newly furnished with all the comforts of home for a stress-free, relaxing holiday.

Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, this vacation villa is ideal for 6, but will accommodate up to 8 people. All 3 bedrooms and living room each have satellite TV with DVD/VCR/CD combos. The Villa has central air and heat and ceiling fans in all rooms. The new fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including a full set of cookware, wine glasses, dishes and utensils for 8. The large and very private deck runs the full length of the house and has a Tiki Hut and new patio set. There is an outdoor shower to wash off sand and we provide beach chairs, beach towels and toys.

Come watch the dolphins and enjoy spectacular sunsets. Have a relaxing dinner at the Tiki Hut on the deck or take a walk up the beach to one of our many wonderful restaurants. There is a free trolley that runs the length of the island so you don’t even need to use your car to get around. We have everything many other destinations have...gourmet and fast food restaurants, shopping, grocery and drug stores, banks, library, but without the crowded beaches since there are no high-rise buildings.
