...is a ground level duplex located mid-block on a quiet residential street just a block and a half from the beach. It is quiet and private surrounded by tropical landscaping and towering palms. With two -2 bedroom, one bath units, that can be rented separately or together, the 2 units can accommodate up to 10 guests. All of our accommodations have been newly renovated for the 2005 season. In addition to all new furniture, beds, bedding, linens and towels, we provide beach towels and chairs.

Brisas del Mar, the ‘A’ side, can accommodate up to 6 with a queen pillow-top bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest room and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. It has a spacious living room with leather furniture, a fully equipped kitchen and separate dining area. There are French doors leading to a private patio off of the dining area with new Gas BBQ and Patio Set. The living room and master bedroom both have satellite TV and there is a DVD and VCR.. There is a washer and dryer located in the garage.

Palmas de Coco, the ‘B’ side can accommodate up to 4 guests with a queen pillow-top bed in the Master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the guest room. It has a fully equipped galley kitchen located in the combined living/dining area. Both the living room and master bedroom have satellite TV and there is a DVD and VCR. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
