No expense has been spared in furnishing this beautifully appointed 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa which comfortably sleeps 10. This is one of the largest villas in Sabal Harbour with nearly 2,800 sq ft of air conditioned space. It has two lounges, the first has a 36" flat screen cable TV with DVD/CD player and VCR. There is a very spacious kitchen and dining area for formal and casual dining. Extensively equipped kitchen with everything you would need including a large fridge with ice maker. The second lounge with high vaulted ceilings has a flat screen Cable TV and a Playstation 2.

There is also a fantastic fully equipped Pool table to ensure everyone is kept entertained. The master bedroom overlooks the pool and lake and has an American King size bed, flat screen cable TV and is beautifully furnished. The large ensuite bathroom has a bath, double shower, twin hand basins, separate toilet and huge walk in wardrobe. The second bedroom is also beautifully furnished with an American Queen size bed and has a flat screen cable TV. There are 3 further bedrooms each with twin beds. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer for all your laundry needs, ceiling fans throughout the house, double garage, free calls throughout the USA & Canada and direct Internet connection.

All linen and towels are provided. The lovely heated floodlit pool with a night light for that evening swim has an extended decking area and a large covered lanai. Situated on the edge of the lake, perfect for watching wildlife on the water with luxury patio furniture for dining al fresco, under shade or in the sun, it's your choice. The dining table seats up to 8 and there are sun loungers for relaxing and a removable child safety barrier for complete safety for children. One of Florida's most famous attractions, Busch Gardens is only a 40 minute drive and Disney World 90 minutes. Sarasota Airport is only 10 minutes, Tampa Airport 40 minutes and Orlando Airport is 120 minutes away. We can help advise on where to eat, places to visit, flights and car hire.
