This newly constructed 2 bedroom condo was completed in 2003. The complex is small and intimate with only eight units and assigned under-building parking The unit has a direct Gulf front 20 foot balcony with a heated pool right on the beach and there are wonderful Gulf views from the Living room, Dining room and Kitchen. The sunsets are just beautiful! Everything in the condo from the furniture and the bedding to the appliances and kitchen utensils are all brand new (2007).

There is a brand new king size bed in the Master bedroom along with cable TV and there are new twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and cable TV. The Living room has a new queen sofa sleeper as well as a 32" cable TV & DVD player and a CD stereo player. There is a dining table for 6 with 3 counter stools. Both bathrooms have full tempered glass tub and shower enclosures. A large Sun deck next to the heated pool has a gas BBQ grill.
This unit is located 1/2 way between Clearwater Beach to the north and St. Pete Beach to the south. There are dozens of golf courses and it's a short 10 minute drive to John's Pass. It's a 1-1/2 hour drive to Universal Studios and Disney. Bush Gardens and Tampa International Airport are just a short 40 minute drive.
