200.00 DEPOSIT WITH BOOKING. 75.00 CLEANING FEE. Send check, bank check or money order to C. M. Clark, 3507 Obispo Street, Tampa, FL 33629. Check in after 3:00 p.m. with the office. They will provide a key, parking pass, with directions to the unit. The office will require a credit card to obtain keys and parking pass. No charges will be made unless parking pass or keys are not returned. Payment is processed telephonically with credit card. CHECK OUT IS 10:00 AM.
