Our beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has all the comforts you would expect and more. The condo has 1360 sq. ft. of living area. It is a split bedroom plan with both bedrooms containing king size beds. This arrangement affords you complete privacy.

There are cable TV's in both bedrooms along with a main TV in the living room. A DVD player, VCR and stereo system with cassette player are also available for your enjoyment. This condo also comes with covered parking for your car. Once you have experienced the beauty of this area you will not want to leave it and will be looking forward to your next visit. Disney World is approximately 90 miles away and 30 minutes to Tampa International Airport. 20 minutes to St. Pete/ Clearwater Airport. Easy access to I-275.
St Pete Beach is located approximately 1 mile away. Historic Fort DeSoto national park, ranked among 1 of the top 10 beaches in Florida with it's white sandy beach and great shelling, is about 3 miles away.

A Security deposit of $300.00 is required on all rentals. There is a 2 week minimal rental period. All payments are in US currency. Final payments are due a minimum of 45 days in advance to insure rental. There is a $100.00 cleaning fee on all rentals. Sorry, pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking unit absolutely no exception to these rules.
