Our 1460 sq ft, luxury condominium overlooks the 6th green and stream of the private Spring Run Golf Club, located in the award-winning Brooks community. If you rent in the off season (May-October) as a golf member at Spring Run, you have reciprocal privileges at 30 of the area's finest courses and their clubhouses. Activities include enjoying the private community pool, jacuzzi, and gas barbecue within walking distance.

As a golf club transfer member enjoy the FREE practice facility featuring an over-sized putting and chipping area, unique aqua range with island-green targets, several tennis courts, a swimming pool, and a lovely clubhouse for dining and other social events. Professional golf lessons are available. Beautiful manicured grounds surround the community with wonderful bicycle and walking paths to enjoy the many year-round flowers and shrubs. The Brooks is only a five minute drive from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Naples and Fort Myers airports are 15 minutes away. There are lovely shops and restaurants in the vicinity.
