The 2400 square foot, two year old state-of-the-art Fitness Center, which integrates more than 40 types of fitness, cardiovascular, resistance, and weight training apparatus positioned in a user-friendly facility. Multiple aerobics and yoga classes, as well as health seminars, are also available for all guests. |

| There are 12
complimentary HarTru tennis courts (7 lighted), complete with a teaching
professional, and even clinics at a reasonable rate, should you elect to
participate. Walking, biking and hiking trails take visitors throughout
the entire community; transporting them on picturesque and safe
pathways…we have the bikes. The community’s Canoe Park supplies the
canoes, the paddles, and the life vests…you supply the laughs and the fun.
The Colony at Pelican Landing within Pelican Landing is an upper tier
community, which is titled “The Colony”. The Colony community is composed
of upscale residences, which when combined with the ultimate in
landscaping, lake, and golf course views, captures the best of all good
things. Guests in the Colony receive all the privileges of the Pelican
landing, plus: a private community pool with a great view which is a quick
3 minute walk from our residence. In addition to the pool and its kitchen
facilities, it houses a pristine exercise room with a series of exercise
equipment and weights for all guests at all levels. Temporary membership
in The Bay Club, located within The Colony and directly on Estero Bay,
offers a cocktail lounge, and casual and formal dining areas, which
combine great food with first class service. Our villa: Whether its dinner or Sunday brunch at The Lake Club, the view over the natural wetlands to Estero Bay, Bonita Beach, and beyond provides an unforgettable setting. Located on Merano Court, our first floor, 3 bedroom, 3 full bath, villa (new in 2002) with 2 car garage features a direct center view of the lake just twenty feet from the oversized lanai. Combine it with the golf fairway view beyond and the lights from high rise condos on the bay, and you may choose not to leave the villa. |
The home features
wet-bar, 10 ft ceilings with multiple tray ceilings, fans, and distinctive
white crown moldings. Plantation shutters add even more charm. The entire
villa has just been furnished and has a television in each of the bedrooms
(King, Queen, and Twins) and a large screen TV in the entertainment
center, with 2 DVDs, 2 VCR players and a stereo system. The kitchen has
just about every amenity, complemented by a new grill on the lanai. The
dining area table expands to accommodate 6 adults comfortably and the
large lanai table seats an additional 6 folks. Please, because of
allergies, NO SMOKING. We do our best to make our own family and guests feel comfortable and pampered. For example, we have assembled a Restaurant Menu Library and Golf Course guide, giving clients a range of restaurants and courses from which to choose. The villa has DSL Internet included (Embarq ISP). We trust that, should you select our villa, you will enjoy your stay.
